CSV tool
Remove empty rows from a CSV
Blank lines from exports and edited spreadsheets show up as rows with nothing in them. Preview the list, then delete only those rows.
Drop a CSV here
Comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe. Quotes, commas, and line breaks inside a cell stay intact. The file is read here and is not saved on the server.
Up to 32 MB. Files over 8.0 MB ask before parsing.
Empty means the whole row
A row is empty when every cell is blank or only whitespace. A row with a name and a missing email is not empty. That missing email stays, and the quality summary counts it as a blank cell. Read How to handle missing data before you treat gaps as trash.
A final newline at the end of the file is not stored as an extra row. A truly blank line in the middle is. The preview shows how many rows would disappear. Apply is unavailable when that number is zero.
