CSV tool

CSV tools for a single file

Each tool is the same private workspace with a different first step. Pick the job you actually have. None of these pages upload the file.

Drop a CSV here

Comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe. Quotes, commas, and line breaks inside a cell stay intact. The file is read here and is not saved on the server.

Up to 32 MB. Files over 8.0 MB ask before parsing.

Which tool to open

  • The grid looks wrong, with everything in one column: change the delimiter, or start at the viewer.
  • Accents are garbled: change encoding before any cleanup. The encoding article shows the usual patterns.
  • The same record appears twice: duplicate rows, after a trim if spaces are the only difference.
  • Blank lines or a spare column: empty rows or empty columns.
  • You need a tab-separated file for another system: CSV to TSV.
  • You want a list of problems before edits: the validator.

The full cleaner on the home page leaves every operation one click away. These pages exist so a specific job has a specific explanation next to the control that does it. There is no batch uploader and no account. One file at a time is the whole product.
